Child Safety Standards

Last updated: September 9, 2026 · WAKILIFY LIMITED COMPANY

This public page describes how WAKILIFY LIMITED COMPANY ("Wakilify", "we", "us") addresses child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on the Wakilify platform — website https://wakilify.online and the Android application with package name app.wakilify.com. It is intended for users, parents/guardians, and Google Play Console CSAE / safety standards disclosure.

1. Zero tolerance

Wakilify has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not allow content, accounts, or behavior that sexualizes minors, exploits children, or facilitates the abuse or trafficking of children — whether involving real children, depictions of children, or attempts to engage minors for sexual purposes.

Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement or other competent authorities when required or appropriate.

2. Age and eligibility

Under our Terms of Service, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use Wakilify's social, marketplace, wallet, and related features.

Our Privacy Policy further states that Wakilify is not directed to children under 13 and that we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where local law or our Terms require a higher minimum age (including 18+ for full platform use and certain commerce or fintech features), that higher age applies.

If we learn that an account belongs to a person who does not meet our age requirements, we will take appropriate steps, which may include removing content and deleting the account.

3. Prohibited content and behavior

Without limitation, the following are prohibited on Wakilify:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, linking to, soliciting, or distributing CSAM or any sexual content involving anyone under 18
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or attempts to engage a minor in sexual conversation or activity
  • Exploiting, trafficking, or endangering children, or facilitating such conduct
  • Using the platform to advertise, arrange, or profit from the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
  • Circumventing safety, reporting, or moderation controls related to child safety

These rules sit alongside the general prohibited-conduct rules in our Terms of Service (including illegal content, harassment, and related abuse).

4. How to report

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve CSAM, CSAE, or sexualization of minors, please report it immediately.

In-app / on-web reporting

Signed-in users can report content and accounts through the product:

  • Web (wakilify.online): use the post menu ("Report post") or profile actions to report a user. Reports are submitted to our moderation pipeline with a reason such as spam, harassment, hate speech, nudity or sexual content, scam, or other. You can also block a user.
  • Android app (app.wakilify.com): use report and block actions on posts and profiles. Reports are sent to the same moderation reporting API; you can also mute or block users where available.

For suspected CSAM or CSAE, choose the closest available reason (for example "Nudity or sexual content" or "Something else" / other) and, when possible, follow up by email so our team can prioritize the case.

Email reporting

You may also email us directly (include links, usernames, screenshots if safe to share, and a brief description — do not forward illegal imagery):

5. Review, removal, and enforcement

User reports are received by our moderation systems and reviewed by our team. Where we find a violation of these standards or our Terms, we may:

  • Remove or restrict the violating content
  • Warn, suspend, or permanently ban the responsible account(s)
  • Preserve relevant records as required for safety, legal, or investigatory purposes
  • Escalate serious cases for law-enforcement cooperation (see below)

We also operate internal moderation and admin tooling for reviewing reports and taking enforcement actions. We do not claim automated CSAM hashing or third-party scanning beyond what our current product implements; enforcement relies on user reports, operational review, and human decision-making as appropriate.

6. Law enforcement and authorities

Wakilify cooperates with law enforcement and other competent authorities when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of children or others, prevent imminent harm, or investigate suspected CSAM / CSAE. We may report apparent CSAM or related exploitation to appropriate authorities in line with our legal obligations and safety practices.
